The first pics were taken at Dan's birthday party. Nick and Ruth were good at taking pictures, lousy at developing them and even worse at sharing them. So when they were around, I would get out the camera. Now look closely. In every single shot one of them would close their eyes. I think they had a code or something. It was so funny, and I never did get a shot with both of them with eyes wide open. LOL
And then there is Audrey. What a sweetheart! I can't find the other pictures I want to post of her. But I will find them and post the story behind them.

I just want to end with how blessed I was to have them in my life. I love all three of you and miss you every single day. Until we meet again!

Hope today isn't a too ruff of a day for you. I'll be thinking about you and your family. I enjoyed looking at the pictures at my dad's party and the memories it brought back for me. That was the last time I saw and talked to Nick and Ruth I'm so glad they drive all the way just for that party. I'm so sorry for your great loss 3yrs ago today Aunt Susan.
Susan....I do really appreciate your insight! Yes I don't think there is a day go by that I don't think of them, and then I think of you and my parents, and it hurts to see you all hurting so much. You look so good! you have really taken control of your life. I am so thankful the through Nick & Ruth our families will forever be intertwined. I really try to focus on the being with them again some day, but some day I really do miss them.
